• Match days: tours are possible up to 5.5 hours before the match begins.
• Restricted areas: the locker rooms and benches will not be accessible on match day and the day preceding the match.
• Event days: tours may shift and limited access can occur during various events at the stadium. Attendees will be advised at the ticket counter or entry point.

Additional information to consider:

• On Wednesday, August 26, 2026, opening hours will be from 9 am to 3:30 pm, with locker rooms and benches off-limits to visitors.
• On Sunday, August 30, 2026, the venue will operate from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, again with the locker rooms and benches unavailable.

Ticket Usage

The ticket is solely valid for the date selected during the booking process. This is a flexible ticket with no fixed time, allowing entry within the stated operating times from Monday to Friday. Note that it is not valid on weekends, holidays, or during game days.

Renovation Information

Ongoing construction at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium has led to a temporary limitation on the tour, allowing access only to specific areas such as the panoramic view, the Real Madrid Museum, locker rooms, benches, photo opportunities with players, and the official store.
