• Weekdays: open from 9 am to 6:30 pm (last entry)
• Closed: January 1 and December 25

Keep in mind that on June 30, 2026, from 3 pm onward, the seating areas, locker rooms, and viewing decks will not be accessible.

Schedule During Matches & Events

Be aware that the tour hours may be adjusted according to the sporting schedule:

• On match days: the tour can occur up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.
• Areas closure: locker rooms and benches will be off-limits on the match day and the day before.
• Events: the timing and availability of the tour might change due to various events hosted at the stadium. Visitors will receive updates at the ticket counter or entry point.

Ticket Usage

Your ticket is valid strictly for the date chosen during your booking process. It is a flexible ticket without a specific timeframe, permitting entry within the weekday opening hours. Note that this ticket does not cover weekends, public holidays, or match days.

Renovation Updates

Owing to the ongoing construction and renovation at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the tour is currently limited to specific areas: the panoramic view, Real Madrid Museum, locker rooms and benches, photo ops with players, and the official merchandise store.
