The adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel at 8 am, setting the stage for an informative journey centered around one of Colombia's key export crops.

Your first stop will be an agro-ecological farm, where you'll uncover intriguing facts about this beloved fruit and its agricultural practices. Here, you will learn about the farm's commitment to sustainability and its achievements in earning the Good Environmental Practices certification.

During the tour, you will stroll through the Hass avocado fields, a variety that traces its origins back to California. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to discover several avocado types grown in the region, including Papelillo, Santana, Semil, and Choquette, which you will also have the chance to sample.

Following the farm visit, a guacamole workshop awaits you, where you'll enjoy crafting this creamy delicacy traditionally made with avocado. After learning the technique, you’ll savor the flavor of the guacamole you helped prepare.

Once the workshop concludes, we will return you to Manizales, with drop-off at your hotel around 3 pm.
