Experience a Night in the Agafay Desert

On the day of your adventure, you’ll be collected from your selected meeting point in Marrakech, setting the stage for your journey to Agafay Desert!

After a brief 1-hour drive, we will navigate through the incredibly rugged terrains of the Atlas Mountains and arrive at our campsite. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed to a collection of luxurious haimas and offered a cup of Moroccan tea.

At this point, depending on your chosen tour start time, you may either unwind at the camp and enjoy the sunset or go for a camel ride across the desert’s sand dunes.

After everyone has returned to camp, a sumptuous traditional Moroccan dinner awaits, featuring salads, chicken tajine, vegetable couscous, and a delightful dessert. As you dine, be enchanted by a marvelous traditional show enriched with belly dancing, fire-eating, and Gnawa music!

Once the evening concludes with delectable dishes, stunning performances, and picturesque views, you’ll retreat to your haima, resting beneath the tranquil and clear starry sky of the desert.

A highlight of this excursion is the breathtaking sunrise over the desert. After soaking in this unique spectacle, we will serve a delicious Berber breakfast. Once you've replenished your energy, we will journey back to Marrakech, with arrival expected between 10:30 am and 11:30 am, irrespective of the departure time selected during booking.

Accommodation Details

This tour comprises one night’s stay at a camp in the Agafay Desert. During booking, you can select from the following accommodations:

• Private premium haima with scenic views: accommodates a maximum of 6 individuals
• Shared haima: suitable for up to 20 people, with shared bathroom facilities

The camp includes a swimming pool, though it may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance.

Children's Policy

It is important to note that children under 12 may only join the camel ride and quad tour if accompanied by an adult.

Minors under 18 are not allowed in the shared haima accommodation.
