At the scheduled time, you will be collected from the designated meeting point in southern Gran Canaria selected during your booking. Are you prepared to savor the island’s culinary delights?

Your adventure begins with a drive to Arucas, a picturesque town located in the northern part of Gran Canaria. Our first stop will be the renowned Arehucas distillery, where you will gain insight into the process of rum production from sugar cane. At the conclusion of the factory tour, guests are invited to sample various types of rum at their leisure.

Following the distillery visit, our next destination is the Banana Museum. As we navigate through its exhibits, we will delve into the history of this essential product in the Canarian culinary scene. You will also learn to identify the native banana variety of the archipelago, known for its smaller stature and distinctive yellow color adorned with brown spots.

The museum shop offers an array of wines, liqueurs, pâtés, and banana creams for purchase. Afterward, a local restaurant awaits, inviting you to relish traditional Gran Canarian dishes at your own pace, ensuring that each bite is a mouthwatering delight!

Upon concluding our meal, we will continue our culinary exploration through northern Gran Canaria:

• If your tour takes place on a Tuesday, we will visit the Los Olivos estate, where a guided tour (in Spanish) will be followed by a tasting of olives, olive oils, and other local products.
• If your tour occurs on a Thursday, we will head to the Los Berrazales winery. Here, a guided tour (in English) will include a coffee tasting and participation in a mojo sauce workshop.

In conclusion, our adventure will come to an end as we return to the meeting point in southern Gran Canaria after a span of 6 to 8 hours.
