The Ipogeo MateraSum welcomes visitors daily from 10 am to 12:30 pm and from 3 pm to 5:30 pm, with the last entry permitted at 5 pm.
Guests may enter the hypogeum at their convenience during operating hours. Upon arrival, an audio guide will be provided, allowing for a 30-minute exploration of the tour.

Important information
You'll need to go to endréis que dirigiros al Recinto XX Settembre, 7, at the entrance of the Ipogeo MateraSum. Here, you must show your Civitatis voucher (printed or on your phone) to redeem your tickets. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your selected time.
Schedule & Tour Duration
The Ipogeo MateraSum is open daily from 10 am to 12:30 pm and from 3 pm to 5:30 pm. Final admission is at 5 pm.
You can access the hypogeum whenever you want within the opening times, but keep in mind that the tour lasts 30 minutes. Once you arrive, you'll be given an audio guide, and, from that moment, you'll have 30 minutes to enjoy the tour.
Additional Info
During summer, we recommend wearing a sweatshirt or jacket, given the temperature difference underground, which is cooler than outside. We also recommend wearing comfortable shoes and avoid wearing heels or sandals.
