The Salnés Valley boasts a rich heritage in winemaking. This guided visit to the Vionta Winery in Meaño offers an insightful exploration of its offerings, complemented by a tasting session featuring three distinct Albariño wines.
Tour Overview
At the scheduled time, we will convene at the main entrance of the Vionta Winery to commence our guided exploration of this noteworthy wine tourism destination located in Meaño, within the province of Pontevedra.
Upon arrival, we'll be welcomed with a glass of wine before delving into the winery. Here, we’ll discover the winemaking legacy of the Salnés Valley and take in the stunning vistas from the winery's observation point, offering breathtaking views of the Ria de Pontevedra.
Concluding our winery tour, we will engage in a tasting of 3 Albariño wines. Noteworthy selections include the Vionta Godello, along with the Depende and Vionta varieties that we will sample.
The entire guided tour and wine tasting will span approximately 1.5 hours.

Additionally, savor the exquisite Galmesán cheese, a culinary gem crafted with care and passion since 2018 for true connoisseurs of Galician rural cuisine.

Important information
10 minutes before the indicated time, meet us at the entrance of the Vionta Winery, located on the outskirts of Meaño (Pontevedra). Please be punctual.

In order to make the visit as pleasant as possible, we would like to remind you of the importance of being respectful to other visitors, so it's forbidden to come to the winery in fancy dress.
In order not to alter the winemaking process, the winery maintains a stable temperature of between 14 and 16 degrees Celcius throughout the year. For this reason, we recommend wearing warm clothes.
