Your journey begins as we collect you from your accommodation in Medellín, setting off toward Cocorná where the adventure kicks into high gear.

Upon arrival, a short hike will take us to the launch point for our rafting experience on the Santo Domingo River. This river features milder currents, making it an ideal choice for beginners looking to enjoy their first rafting experience.

After a quick briefing, we will equip ourselves with helmets, life jackets, and all essential gear. Once we are prepared, it’s time to hop on the rafts and begin our journey. Over the next hour, we’ll navigate a 3-kilometer (1.8 miles) stretch of the river, tackling class I and II rapids.

As we glide along the river, take in the vivid and lush landscapes surrounding us. The beauty of this Colombian region, rich in rivers and tropical scenery, will leave you entranced throughout our adventure.

We’ll pause along the way for a delightful picnic lunch to recharge for the remainder of the experience. After our meal, we will return to the meeting point in Cocorná.

For those opting for transportation service, we’ll ensure your return to your hotel in Medellín approximately 6 hours after pickup.
