At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Mendoza and make our way to a place that combines one of the most beautiful sunsets in Argentina with the best cuisine you can imagine. Are you ready?

After an hour and 20 minutes' drive, we'll arrive at Bodega Andeluna, where you'll be amazed by the landscapes of the Cordón del Plata. Located more than 1,300 m (4,265 ft) above sea level, this winery boasts some of the best soil and environment for wine production at the foot of the Andes mountain range.

To begin the experience in the best way possible, we'll serve you a welcome glass of wine while we admire how the colours of the sunset paint the vineyards of this family winery founded in 2003.

Afterwards, we'll move on to the restaurant, where you'll enjoy a dinner consisting of the following dishes:

• A selection of homemade bread with olive oil
• Roasted beetroot gazpacho, black garlic and leek aioli, tomatoes confit with thyme and rosemary
• A selection of cheeses, regional sweets, black garlic hummus and avocado with mushroom tartar
• A duo of vegetable empanadas
• Dulce de leche parfait and dark chocolate ganache

All of the above will be accompanied by a bottle of wine of your choice for every 2 people.

With this good flavour in our mouths, we'll take you back to your hotel and say our goodbyes after a total of 8 hours.
