Hiking Expedition to Campanario Hill

Your adventure begins with a 10 am pick-up from your accommodation in Mendoza, followed by a scenic drive to the city's outskirts.

After approximately one hour of travel, you will reach La Crucesita, a stunning viewpoint offering expansive views over the entire Mendoza River valley. From this notable panoramic spot, we will commence a moderate hiking trek, trekking for around two to three hours through picturesque scenery, ascending to a peak elevation of 1816 meters (5958 feet).

The route will take us along a gradually ascending path through the heart of the Mendoza ravine. We will then follow a stream’s path toward the base of Campanario Hill, marking the beginning of our ascent to the summit of this majestic massif.

Your efforts will be rewarded upon reaching the bell that gives the hill its name. At the summit, indulge in the stunning views while enjoying a delightful picnic lunch featuring empanadas, wine, and traditional Argentinian treats known as 'alfajores'.

Following lunch, we will begin our descent back to La Crucesita. Once there, our vehicle will transport you back to Mendoza, with an expected arrival time at your hotel around 3 pm.
