Activity Overview

Your journey begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Mendoza, as we leave the hustle and bustle behind to explore the stunning mountainous terrains. Are you ready for a refreshing day away from the ordinary?

Upon arrival at the Las Hermosas ranch, you will be greeted with traditional mate and an assortment of bread. This initial gathering serves as a perfect introduction to the authentic customs of Mendoza while meeting the gauchos who will accompany us throughout the day. As the gauchos prepare the saddles for our horses, we will take part in an informative briefing about the horses and the trail that lies ahead.

The horseback ride will commence, leading us through mountainous terrain and reddish-hued ravines. After approximately two hours on horseback, we will arrive at a cabin situated high on the ranch, where a selection of Argentinean cold cuts paired with a glass of wine or a soft drink awaits us—an ideal moment to unwind!

After our break and slight adjustments to the saddles, we will make our way back to the ranch. Upon our return, we will partake in a culinary experience, learning to prepare an Argentinean barbecue. Here, we will discover the traditional methods of managing the embers, the various cuts of meat, and the secrets behind the seasoning.

As the day concludes, we will gather to enjoy a feast featuring succulent meats, seasonal salads, and traditional desserts that will delight our palates.

With our energy restored, we will head back to Mendoza, concluding our adventure after an enriching 8-hour excursion.
