Maipú Wine Region Tour

Get ready! Our tourist bus will guide you through the top wineries in Maipú, a prominent wine-producing area located in the province of Mendoza, Argentina.

How It Operates

This bus runs as a Hop On-Hop Off service, permitting you to board and alight at any of its designated stops throughout the day.

The bus adheres to a predetermined route with various fixed stops at select wineries, allowing you to choose which wineries to visit during your excursion.

Tour of the Maipú Wine Region

The wine bus serves as a sightseeing vehicle designed to take you to various vineyards and wineries in Maipú, a key wine-producing town in the Argentine province of Mendoza.

Your ticket for the wine bus does not cover entry to the wineries, wine tastings, or meals, but presenting your ticket at participating wineries and restaurants grants you exclusive discounts on tastings and lunch.

The specific route will depend on the tour option you select:

Full-Day Tour (Duration: 10 hours and 30 minutes)

This option consists of a comprehensive route with stops including Olivar Zuelo, Santa Julia winery, Casa del Visitante winery-restaurant, and La Rural wine museum-winery. You have the opportunity to explore an olive oil mill and visit two wineries. There’s also an option for a fourth stop at another winery for lunch.

Schedule: Departure begins at 8 am, with drop-offs scheduled at 6:30 pm.

Olivar Zuelo

At this location, you can tour the oil mill and sample an assortment of oils sourced from Mendoza.

Santa Julia Winery

This winery features wines crafted from 100% organic grapes grown in Maipú.

Casa del Visitante Winery-Restaurant

Situated adjacent to the Santa Julia winery, this center showcases wine tourism and culinary experiences, offering traditional Mendocinian dishes for tasting.

La Rural Wine Museum-Winery

Founded in 1885, La Rural houses a winery and an oenological museum where you can discover the history and production of Maipú wines.

Half-Day Morning Tour (Duration: 6 hours)

This tour includes visits to Olivar Zuelo and Santa Julia winery, where you’ll gain insights into both olive oil and wine production.

Schedule: Departure starts at 8 am, concluding with drop-off at 2 pm.

Half-Day Afternoon Tour (Duration: 4 hours and 15 minutes)

During this tour, you'll explore Santa Julia Winery and La Rural Wine Museum-Winery.

Schedule: We begin at 2:15 pm and drop you off at 6:30 pm.
