On the day of the activity, you'll need to show your ticket at the entrance of the Museo del Cacao y Chocolate, located at the following address: Calle Guatemala 24, Historic Center, CDMX (a few steps away from the Zócalo). 

If you have chosen the workshop and the visit to the museum, you can pick up your audio guide there.
