We'll commence our trip from 70 Calle Florencia, at the intersection with Liverpool, heading towards Chipilo, our first destination. Here, we'll uncover the unique history of this village, revealing its intriguing connections to Italy.

After a scenic drive lasting approximately 2 hours, we will reach Chipilo. A guided tour will introduce us to this quaint locale, where a dialect rooted in northern Italy is still spoken today! The village’s Italian heritage is reflected in various customs and traditions, especially if you are a cheese enthusiast. Notably, Chipilo differs from many other Mexican towns as it lacks a central plaza or market; instead, you’ll find the Parroquia de la Inmaculada Concepción, a church characterized by its unadorned architecture.

Next, we’ll head towards our second stop, Atlixco, renowned for its exquisite gastronomy, breathtaking landscape, and distinctive architecture. This town stands out as a principal hub for agricultural and floral production in the nation. Upon reaching the historic center, you'll have some leisure time to enjoy a meal and stroll around while admiring the view of the majestic Popocatepetl volcano.

During your stay, don't miss the opportunity to uncover the rich historical tapestry of Atlixco by visiting its remarkable landmarks.
