Arena México Lucha Libre Show + Tacos & a Michelada
Description
Discover the fascinating world of traditional Mexican wrestling with an authentic live show at Arena Mexico, the most iconic venue for this sport. As part of the experience, you will also explore a Tequila and Mezcal Museum.
Activity Details
The adventure begins at the Casa Pepe hotel rooftop, located in the vibrant center of Mexico City. Here, you'll meet a professional wrestler who will share insights into the sport's rich heritage, demonstrate some of its famous moves, and help you come up with your very own wrestling persona!
During this gathering, you will also have the opportunity to create your own michelada and enjoy delicious tacos with guacamole.
Next, we will make our way to the Arena Mexico, renowned as the heart of Mexican wrestling. This unique form of grappling blends Olympic wrestling techniques with stunning acrobatics and thrilling aerial maneuvers, making it an exhilarating spectacle. Much like soccer, this sport holds a special place in Mexican culture, with wrestlers often donning masks that conceal their identities and bring to life larger-than-life characters adored by their fans.
Inside Arena Mexico, you will be treated to a live wrestling event featuring between two and three exhilarating rounds. Prepare yourself for an experience full of awe-inspiring stunts, vibrant jumps outside the ring, and the dynamic enthusiasm of the local crowd. Plus, attendees will receive a surprise gift to take home as a memorable keepsake.
After about five hours, the activity will come to a close at this iconic venue.
