Your adventure begins at 7:45 am, where we will gather outside the Sheraton Maria Isabel Hotel. From there, a comfortable minibus will transport us on a scenic two-hour ride to Mineral del Chico. En route, we will traverse the stunning Chico National Park, one of Mexico's oldest national parks. As we travel, take in the diverse array of trees hailing from both America and Europe that grace this remarkable landscape.

Upon our arrival, we'll embark on a guided tour of the enchanting mining town. Strolling through its streets, we'll encounter striking monuments like the neoclassical Iglesia de la Purísima Concepción.

Our exploration will take us to one of the mines that lends its name to the village, where we will also visit the intriguing Casa de las Brujas and the Montaña de las Monjas, translating to the House of the Witches and the Mountain of the Nuns. Join the tour to uncover the fascinating stories behind these unique names!

Inside the mine, we'll venture over one kilometer into the mountain, gaining insights into the daily life and challenges faced by the miners.

After our mining experience, we will return to the village to explore its renowned gastronomic market, where a well-deserved lunch awaits. Here, you'll have an array of delectable options, but don't miss the chance to savor the enormous 30-centimeter quesadillas.

Concluding our adventure, we will board the minibus once more for our journey back to Mexico City, with an anticipated arrival around 6 pm.
