Operational Details

Upon your initial use of the ticket, it remains valid for a full 10 hours. To exchange your voucher for a wristband that grants you access to the buses, visit the departure point of your selected route. After this, you may access the tourist bus as often as you wish from 9 am to 7 pm.

The starting locations for each route are as follows:

• Guadalupe Basilica Route: Departs from Calle Monte de Piedad
• South Coyoacan Route: Departs from the Fuente de Cibeles stop
