Free Taco Tour
Description
Join us on this complimentary Mexican taco exploration as we traverse the streets of Mexico City to uncover the most delectable tacos. Will you be able to indulge in them all?
Tour Overview
Our journey begins at the scheduled time and location in Plaza Villa Madrid, situated in the Roma neighborhood, where we will embark on a quest for the finest tacos in Mexico City. Have you ever wondered why Mexican gastronomy is recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity?
As we stroll through two of Mexico City’s most charming areas, Roma and Condesa, we will uncover some of the city’s top taquerías and sample four distinct varieties of popular tacos.
These taquerías range from hidden gems tucked away in narrow lanes to vibrant spots nestled beside contemporary art galleries. Regardless of their surroundings, they all share an incredible passion for flavor. Will you lean towards the taco al pastor, carnitas, taco de canasta, or a classic taco? Choosing just one might prove to be a challenge!
As your taste buds are tantalized, we will share fascinating insights about tacos. Did you know that this dish was named the world’s best dish in 2019 by Taste Atlas? You’ll get a firsthand experience of this on our tour! In addition, we will learn the proper techniques for enjoying and preparing these culinary delights.
After two hours and 15 minutes, this taco adventure in Mexico City will come to an end, conveniently close to our starting point.
