Teotihuacán Pyramids Day Trip

Join us on an enriching day expedition where we delve into the heart of the most frequented archaeological site in Mexico, exploring the fascinating Teotihuacan civilization and marveling at the iconic Teotihuacán pyramids.

Day Trip Overview

At the scheduled time, we will gather at calle Isabel la Católica, 61-A and depart from Mexico City, setting our sights on Teotihuacan, located approximately 50 minutes away.

Upon arrival at the archaeological area, we will embark on a guided exploration of key sites, including the Pyramid of the Sun, the Pyramid of the Moon, and the Avenue of the Dead.

One of the highlights of our visit will be the timing; we will reach Teotihuacan early in the morning, allowing us to bypass the usual queues and crowded tourist groups that tend to gather throughout the day.

After our journey through the City of the Gods, we will enjoy a visit to a workshop run by a family from Teotihuacan, where a delightful tasting of cactus-based drinks awaits, featuring traditional tequila, mezcal, and pulque.

Before our return to Mexico City, you will have some free time to savor the impressive range of traditional Mexican cuisine available. The local dishes provide an extraordinary experience, but be prepared for some heat!

In total, our adventure will last about 8 hours, culminating back at our original meeting point.
