Tour Details

Day 1: Mexico City

Upon arrival at Mexico City Airport, we’ll pick you up and take you to your hotel, where you can rest after your journey and recharge for the days ahead. Are you ready to visit Mexico’s most iconic cities? You’ll love them!

Day 2: Mexico City – Morelia

At the agreed time, we’ll pick you up from your hotel in Mexico City and head to Morelia. Upon arrival, we’ll enjoy a walking tour to discover this beautiful city, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Immersed in the student atmosphere, we’ll explore the pink-stone colonial buildings: the Cathedral, Government Palace, Clavijero Palace, the Aqueduct, and the Chapel of Guadalupe. We’ll also walk through the main square to reach the traditional sweets market. You won’t be able to resist trying them.

After the tour, you can continue exploring Morelia at your own pace or rest at the hotel until the next day.

Day 3: Morelia – Pátzcuaro – Guadalajara

After breakfast, we’ll continue discovering Mexico’s charms by traveling to Pátzcuaro.

Declared a Pueblo Mágico by the Ministry of Tourism, we’ll explore this colonial town and discover its customs firsthand while interacting with locals in the historic center. We’ll also visit the Casa de los Once Patios and the Basilica of Our Lady of Health.

We’ll then head to the Gertrudis Bocanegra Library to admire the famous murals by Juan O’Gorman. To round off our visit, we’ll go to Don Vasco Quiroga Square, home to a very traditional market.

Leaving Pátzcuaro behind, we’ll travel to the Vicente Fernández Ranch, a true immersion in Mexican tradition and culture. You’ll have lunch on your own at the ranch restaurant. Afterward, we’ll continue to Guadalajara, where we’ll spend the night.

Day 4: Guadalajara – Tequila – Tlaquepaque – Guadalajara

After breakfast, we’ll head to the town of Tequila, home to the country’s most important distilleries. We’ll walk through the agave fields and visit one of the distilleries to learn firsthand about the production process of this iconic drink.

Later, we’ll visit San Pedro Tlaquepaque, a town near Guadalajara famous for its blown-glass craftsmanship. We’ll learn about this artisanal process and see a wide variety of handicrafts.

We’ll return to Guadalajara for the night.

Day 5: Guadalajara – Guanajuato

After breakfast, we’ll continue our tour with a visit to Guadalajara. We’ll pass by the Degollado Theatre, the Cathedral, the Rotunda of Illustrious Jalisco Residents, and the Government Palace, which houses murals by José Clemente Orozco.

We’ll also walk through Plaza Tapatía and see more of Orozco’s murals during a panoramic visit to the iconic Hospicio Cabañas, a neoclassical building declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.

In the afternoon, we’ll leave Guadalajara and arrive in Guanajuato, where we’ll spend the night.

Day 6: Guanajuato – San Miguel de Allende

After breakfast, we’ll enjoy a complete guided tour of Guanajuato, a colonial city that hosts the annual International Cervantino Festival.

We’ll wander through its narrow streets and visit key sites such as the University and Juárez Theatre. We’ll also learn the legend of Carmen and Don Carlos in the narrow Alley of the Kiss. If you want 7 years of happiness with your partner, don’t forget to kiss on the third step.

We’ll also visit the house-museum of muralist Diego Rivera, the home of Jorge Negrete, the Don Quixote Museum, and step back in time at the Mummy Museum.

In the afternoon, we’ll head to San Miguel de Allende, a favorite residence of Mexican artists and intellectuals. We’ll visit the Parish of Saint Michael the Archangel, the city’s main symbol, as well as the Chapel of the Holy House, the Convent of the Immaculate Conception, the Church of Saint Francis, and the Allende Institute House.

After the tour, you can continue exploring San Miguel de Allende on your own. We recommend strolling through the historic center and enjoying the atmosphere at one of its traditional cafés.

Day 7: San Miguel de Allende – Querétaro – Mexico City

After breakfast, we’ll leave San Miguel de Allende and travel to Querétaro, a UNESCO World Heritage City. We’ll walk through its historic center and visit the Aqueduct, one of the largest in Mexico with 74 arches, and the former Convent of the Cross, built in the 17th century.

After the tour, you’ll have free time to continue exploring Querétaro on your own. We recommend strolling through the historic centre and enjoying the atmosphere in one of its traditional cafés.

Later in the afternoon, we’ll regroup and return to Mexico City, where we’ll drop you off at the hotel.

Day 8: Mexico City

After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll enjoy a complete tour of Mexico City’s historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We’ll see the National Palace, the Constitution Square or Zócalo, the Aztec Templo Mayor, and the Metropolitan Cathedral.

We’ll also drive along the city’s main avenues and enjoy a panoramic visit to Chapultepec Forest, one of Mexico City’s most famous residential areas, as well as the Zona Rosa.

After the tour, you’ll have the rest of the day free to explore the city on your own.
