From November 1 to March 31: from 9 am to 5 pm
From April 1 to October 31: from 9 am to 7 pm

Keep in mind that if you choose the full-day rental option, it’s necessary to pick up the bike at 9 am and return it by 5 pm or 7 pm, depending on your booking date within these specified hours.

Rental Conditions

To successfully rent bikes, please adhere to the following conditions:

All riders must possess independent cycling skills (unless using accessories like trailers)
Children must be a minimum of 12 months to use training wheels
No individuals under 18 may rent a bike without an adult accompanying them
There is no age limit for standard bikes, but the minimum age for electric bikes is set at 16
The weight limit for each bike stands at 136 kg (300 lb)
