Activity Overview
The adventure commences at the Rancho Lodge in Miches, from where we will proceed towards El Limón beach.
After a brief drive of around thirty minutes, we will reach a picturesque ranch set by the seaside. Here, we’ll outline essential safety instructions and introduce you to our reliable steeds: the horses. As we begin our ride, we will be greeted by the refreshing Caribbean breeze.
Our trail meanders through scenic coastal paths lined with palm trees, dunes, and vibrant meadows. On one side, the shimmering azure sea sparkles brilliantly in the sunlight, while on the opposite side, quaint farms with grazing cows vividly showcase the charm of the Dominican countryside.
Over the course of approximately one hour, we will savor a tranquil horseback experience, perfect for soaking in every detail while inhaling the invigorating salty air, intertwined with the aromas of tropical flora.
At a designated spot on the beach, we will pause to enjoy fresh coconut water. Its naturally sweet flavor provides a refreshing interlude before we continue our journey.
In conclusion, we'll make our way back to the meeting point, wrapping up our 2-hour exploration with heartfelt farewells.

If you have booked the tour without pickup, we'll meet 15 minutes before the indicated time at Rancho Lodge Miches, located at the following address: XXM2+3V5, Calle Gaspar Polanco, Miches 24000, Dominican Republic.
Tour With Pickup
If you have booked the tour with pickup, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Miches 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Please be ready at the hotel reception on time.
Important
- It's important that you come with long pants, fitted shoes, a swimsuit, a towel, sunscreen and mosquito repellent. We also recommend that you bring a backpack to store your belongings.
- Please remember that the use of a helmet is mandatory for the whole duration of the horseback ride.
- If you're going to do the activity with children, on the day of the activity it's likely that we'll ask you for a document proving their age, so they should either bring their passport or a photo of it.
