Details of the Day Trip

On the scheduled day, we will gather at Piazza della Repubblica at the specified time, departing from Milan toward Varenna. Let’s begin our adventure!

After approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes of travel, we will arrive at our initial destination. As we meander through the quaint cobblestone streets of Varenna, take in the sight of the vibrant houses lining the shores. This picturesque village offers numerous local and artisanal shops, ideal for acquiring genuine souvenirs. We will also explore the famous Lovers' Walk, a beautiful promenade along the waterfront that showcases stunning vistas of the neighboring lake and mountains. Here, we will board a boat to revel in a scenic cruise, taking in the idyllic landscapes of the lakeside towns.

Next, we will board a bus to journey towards Bellagio, known as the "Pearl of Lake Como." This stunning location, at the tip of a peninsula, divides the two branches of the lake and is characterized by its narrow cobblestone streets, stylish villas, and adorable shops. The town squares provide unmatched lake views and an inviting atmosphere for leisurely exploration while enjoying remarkable sights. Be sure to have your camera ready!

Our final stop will be the city of Como, steeped in history and a fine mix of tradition and contemporary flair. You will be awed by the stunning Gothic cathedral and the remarkable Duomo di Como, followed by a delightful walk along the promenade. This lively area boasts many shops and eateries, perfect for unwinding and taking in the unique charm of the destination.

After an enriching day of exploration, we will bid farewell as we head back to Milan, concluding the journey approximately 11 hours after our departure. Arrivederci!
