As we assemble, we will embark on our comprehensive visit, starting with the Branca Tower, a remarkable structure erected in 1930, which stands as a Modernist symbol of Milan right within Parco Sempione. Conceived by the renowned architect Gio Ponti, this tower soars to a height of 354 feet (108 meters) and features an intriguing design with glass walls.
Ascending to the top of the Branca Tower takes just a minute thanks to its state-of-the-art elevator. Upon reaching the summit, prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking panoramic views of Milan spread out before you!
Once we've taken in the vistas of the Italian metropolis, the Alps, and the Apennines, we will return to Parco Sempione and proceed to the Sforza Castle. During our walk to this historic fortress, you'll navigate the charming paths of the park and uncover facts about this vital green space. Did you know it originally served as a hunting ground?
As we arrive at the castle, we'll enter this treasure of Milan, where you will learn about Milan's evolution into one of Europe's foremost cities. You will also delve into the tales of the most influential Italian dynasties that have graced this location. It's a truly immersive journey into the past!
