Description
Embark on a captivating sailing excursion aboard a catamaran as you navigate through the stunning landscapes of Milos and Polyaigos. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking natural beauty and rich history of these islands, making this adventure a must-do!
Tour Overview
Thirty minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, we'll gather at the Adamas port to board our catamaran and commence our exploration of the scenic waters surrounding Milos and Polyegos. A delightful breakfast featuring cake, fruit, juice, and coffee will be served on board to energize you for the day ahead.
Our first destination will be Cape Vani, where you can discover the local heritage and view remnants of a 19th-century mine. Along the way, we will also pass by the picturesque bays of Triades and Ayios Loannis. The initial stop on our itinerary will be at Sykia, home to Milos' largest cave.
After a half-hour of snorkeling at Sykia, a delicious snack will be provided before we proceed to Kleftiko. Here, you’ll enjoy 40 minutes of exhilarating activities including swimming and paddle surfing in a bay historically known as a pirate sanctuary. Following this, we will make our way to Gerakas beach, a stunning spot that is accessible exclusively by boat.
Subsequently, a buffet lunch will be served on board as we make our way to Greece's largest uninhabited island, Polyegos. Spend an hour and a half unwinding on the beautiful beach of Galazia Nera while indulging in a lovely lunch featuring homemade meze, pasta with Bolognese sauce, and a potato and egg salad. Truly delectable!
Next, we will visit Glaronisia, affectionately known as the island of seagulls, and you'll soon discover the reason behind its nickname. A brief stop will allow for picturesque photography and the chance to feed the birds amidst the stunning scenery.
But the day doesn’t end there; our adventure will conclude in Adamas, where we'll explore the exact site where the renowned Venus de Milo was unearthed.
After an enriching 9.5 hours of exploration, we will return to our original port.
