The evening begins at our venue situated at 1861 N Highway 191. Here, you'll savor a cowboy-themed dinner with picturesque views of the Colorado River—an ideal way to commence the night!

Your meal will be prepared in a Dutch oven, following a tempting recipe that is sure to please your palate.

Nighttime Colorado River Cruise

After the delightful Dutch oven feast, we will make our way to the dock located just below the venue. Our nighttime cruise along the Colorado River will begin aboard a jet boat.

As we navigate the river, you'll admire the impressive canyon walls while an English-speaking guide narrates intriguing insights about the canyon's geology, history, and folklore.

When dusk approaches, the canyon walls will capture the remaining sunlight, and the Colorado River will glisten like glass under the initial stars of the night.

Canyon Light and Sound Show

As darkness envelops the area, the boat will turn back upriver for the return journey. During this leg of the trip, prepare for an unforgettable light and sound show on the Colorado River.
