The adventure begins at 9:30 am at the Esplanade de l'Europe in Montpellier. From this point, we will venture into the serene countryside of Languedoc, ready to explore the exceptional products this region of the South of France has to offer.

Our first destination is a traditional vineyard, where we will delve into the intricate processes involved in winemaking. Following this, we will head to the winery to partake in a tasting of wines from Languedoc. The unique Mediterranean climate of the area allows the vines to yield remarkable vintages.

Next, our exploration of Languedoc will take us to a family-run olive estate. Set against a picturesque backdrop complete with a 16th-century mill, we will discover the family’s techniques for producing high-quality olive oil, an essential element of the region's culinary heritage.

After our insightful visit, we will sample a variety of local delicacies, including olive oil, olives, vinegars, and a traditional liqueur known as farigoule. The opportunity to savor the exquisite flavors native to the south of France promises to be an unforgettable experience!

We will conclude our tour by returning to the initial meeting point in Montpellier at approximately 12:30 pm.
