On the day of your adventure, we will gather at a set hour at the Esplanade de l'Europe in Montpellier. After the meeting, we will venture into the countryside of Languedoc, surrounded by the natural beauty of the South of France, to experience the high-quality products of the region.

Your enriching journey begins at a traditional vineyard, where you will gain insights into the intricate process of wine production. Following this, we will head to the winery to savor a selection of Languedoc wines, known for their exceptional quality due to the area's Mediterranean climate that nurtures the vines.

Next, we will continue our exploration at a family-run olive estate. Nestled amidst stunning landscapes and featuring a 16th-century mill, you’ll discover the meticulous methods used to create their renowned olive oil, a cornerstone of Mediterranean culinary traditions.

As a highlight of our visit to the estate, you will have the opportunity to sample a variety of local delicacies, including olive oil, olives, vinegars, and a traditional liqueur named farigoule. This tasting experience will offer a delightful journey through the flavors of the south of France, creating lasting memories.

Our outing will conclude after approximately 3.4 hours, as we make our way back to our original meeting point in Montpellier.
