Praia de Garapuá Quad Tour

Our journey will take us along the lesser-known paths of Ilha de Tinharé, ultimately leading us to Garapuá, with a stop at Quinta Praia on the way.

Tour Details 

We'll convene at the reception area on Segunda Praia at the scheduled time, which marks the commencement of this thrilling quad adventure. Here, you'll be equipped with helmets and protective goggles. Let's begin!

Prior to embarking on our journey, the instructor will walk you through the controls and conduct a brief practical training session, which will last around 15 minutes. This quick test on the sand allows you to become familiar with the vehicle. If this is your first experience riding one, there’s no need for concern—you'll receive comprehensive guidance to ensure you feel confident behind the wheel!

Once ready, we'll form a convoy and set off towards the southern region of Ilha de Tinharé. Our first stop will be at Quinta Praia, also known as Praia do Encanto, famed for its pristine beaches. Here, you can take a moment to capture photographs and admire its stunning white sands and clear waters, all set against an unspoiled landscape.

Continuing our adventure, we'll weave through pathways lined with lush vegetation from the Atlantic Forest. Expect to navigate shaded areas, root-laden sections, and stretches of soft sand along the route.

Eventually, we'll reach Garapuá, a quaint fishing village situated at the southern tip of Morro de São Paulo, largely preserved from mass tourism. Upon arrival, you'll be granted up to two hours to swim in the ocean, unwind in hammocks beneath palm trees, or grab lunch at a local eatery featuring options like fresh fish, lobster, or moqueca.

Subsequently, we will return on the quad bikes, retracing our route and enjoying the golden glow of the late afternoon over the areião.

Once back at Segunda Praia, we will conclude this quad tour after 7 exhilarating hours of exploration.

Activity Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to drive the quads and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Each quad accommodates a maximum of 2 people.
