At the agreed time, we will gather at the Hotel Caribe before proceeding to the venue where the Yucatecan cooking class is hosted. Get ready to embark on an authentic culinary adventure in Mérida!

We'll kick off our experience with a brief stop at the Lucas de Gálvez market, a renowned marketplace in the city. Here, you'll find a vibrant array of fresh fruits, vegetables, spices, meats, and seafood. This bustling environment provides the perfect backdrop for selecting the ingredients necessary for our cooking session.

With our supplies in hand, we'll take a public bus to visit a charming local meridana's home. Upon arrival, our gracious hostess will greet us and lead us to the kitchen, where we will learn how to prepare several traditional dishes.

The culinary menu for our cooking class may change with the seasons, yet it will always feature three delightful Yucatecan courses. Once we've successfully crafted our meals, we'll gather around the table to enjoy all the dishes we've prepared, complemented by a selection of local beverages—each bite promises to be a delight!

After approximately 4 to 5 hours of hands-on cooking, we will conclude our culinary journey and return you to the original meeting point.
