At MANN, an impressive array of archaeological artifacts from Classical Antiquity awaits. Begin your exploration in chronological order, starting with the artifacts from Ancient Egypt. Key highlights include the statues from the 19th and 20th dynasties, which are particularly noteworthy.
As you advance through the museum, you'll encounter the Greco-Roman galleries, featuring remarkable examples of classical art, including the celebrated statue of Hercules and the Farnese Bull, the largest freestanding sculpture that has endured from that era.
Among the key attractions within the museum are the exhibits showcasing artifacts unearthed during the excavations of Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Stabiae.
