Promptly at the arranged time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Nazaré. Are you ready to begin this exploration of Portugal's heritage and traditions?
Our journey will first take us to the Monastery of Alcobaça, a site recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, you'll enjoy a guided tour as we uncover the stunning cloisters, chapels, and chambers of this historic Cistercian monastery. Along the way, we will also unveil the intriguing tales associated with this revered site.
Next, our route leads us to the Batalha Monastery, a remarkable testament to Portugal's illustrious history. During a guided tour, we will take in the grandeur of this Manueline Gothic gem, where the intricate architectural features and compelling narrative will enthrall you as we explore its chapels, sacristy, and cloisters.
After soaking in the beauty of these two historical landmarks, we will make our way back to Nazaré, where you will be returned to your hotel approximately 4 hours after our departure.
