Your adventure begins at the scheduled time at the surf school situated on Avenida da Republica in Nazaré. Are you prepared to tackle the largest waves in Portugal using a bodyboard?

Bodyboarding, often referred to as boogie boarding, is an exciting water sport akin to surfing. The main distinction is that riders lie on their stomachs rather than standing. These boards are compact and lightweight, allowing for easier maneuverability. Our experienced instructors will guide you in utilizing all necessary bodyboarding gear on Nazaré beach, commencing with some light warm-up activities.

Once equipped and warmed up, we'll transition to the ocean, applying our newly acquired skills in the inviting waters of Nazaré beach with our bodyboards. This coastal stretch of the Atlantic is famed for its excellent surf conditions, providing ample chances to ride impressive waves. The exhilaration of bodyboarding is sure to captivate you!

Concluding our hour and a half session, we will return to the surf school to hand back all bodyboarding gear.
