What to Do at One World Observatory?
At One World Observatory, you can enjoy:
- Sky Pod Elevator: Five panoramic elevators reach floor 102 in less than 60 seconds, featuring a projection of New York City from 1500 to the present.
- City Pulse: A multimedia interactive display with information about New York’s neighborhoods and landmarks.
- 3 Panoramic Restaurants: ONE Café, ONE Mix, and ONE Dine, offering a variety of culinary styles with views of New York.
Opening Hours
- During reservation, select your desired time for entry. Entry before or after the selected time is prohibited.
- Be punctual. Late arrivals will not receive a refund or access later in the day.
Ticket Options
You can choose from the following ticket options:
- Standard: Access to the One World Observatory.
- Combination Experience: Includes priority access and a 5USD discount in food and gift shops.
- All-Inclusive Pass: Offers priority access, an interactive virtual reality guide, and flexibility in entry time. Select 00:00 for entry any time without prior planning, plus a 15USD discount at food and gift shops.
Standard and Combination tickets require attending at the selected time. The All-Inclusive Pass only needs 00:00 to allow flexible entry.

- Children under 6 can enter without a ticket, accompanied by an adult.

Important information
Opening Hours
If you've selected the standard admission or combination experience, you'll have to enter at the selected time.
However, if you have booked the All-Inclusive Pass, you can enter at the time of your choice, without having to plan ahead.
Important Info
- Show the bar code of your voucher at the ticket office to enter the attraction at the scheduled time (if there is an error and your voucher does not have a bar code, please contact our customer services team to resend it).
- The access to the Observatory is in the World Trade Center, in the intersection between West Street and 285 Fulton Street.
- You cannot enter before or after your scheduled time.
- Please be on time: if you’re late, you will not be refunded nor will you be given another time for that same day.
- Children under 6 do not need a ticket and can enter directly with an adult.
- One World Observatory is a cashless operation. Onsite reverse ATM’s are available for cash conversions.
