The seating zones ranked from lowest to highest visibility include:
- 200 Level Lower Rows: blue seats
- 200 Level Upper Rows: red seats

This confirmation will not give you access to the theatre. In the coming hours, you'll receive an email from Ticketmaster to accept the tickets and create a Ticketmaster account. Once you have created your account, you'll have three options to access them:

After creating and activating your account, all you have to do is download the Ticketmaster app on your phone and log in with your credentials to view and show your tickets directly at the venue.

2. Through the Ticketmaster U.S. website:
If your phone or app store in your country does not allow you to download the Ticketmaster app (for example, with Apple or Google accounts configured in Italy or other unavailable regions), you can see and manage your tickets by entering directly into the Ticketmaster app from the web browser on your phone.

3. If you cannot access your tickets:
If you have any issues accessing or downloading your tickets on your phone, you can go to the stadium's ticket office and show the Civitatis booking confirmation with an official photo ID.
Important Info
- When you receive your tickets, due to American legislation, a cost price will be shown on your mobile phone that does not correspond to the retail price. This cost price is only available for wholesale agencies, not for final customers.
- Although children under 2 years of age will be admitted free of charge, they will not have a reserved seat and will have to sit on their parent's lap.
- If you have any problems accessing your tickets, you can print them out at the stadium ticket office by presenting your Civitatis voucher and a form of photo ID.
