Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry + Audioguide
Description
A visit to the Big Apple wouldn’t be complete without exploring the Statue of Liberty. This excursion takes you to this emblematic landmark and to Ellis Island via the authorized ferry service, enhanced by an English audio guide that enriches your journey.
Statue City Cruises: Your Official Ferry to Liberty & Ellis
Following security protocols, you'll embark on the Statue City Cruises ferry, the sole company permitted to provide transport to Liberty Island and Ellis Island. Are you ready for this adventure?
Your first destination will be Liberty Island. Upon arrival, you can appreciate the stunning Statue of Liberty at close range—one of the globe’s most renowned monuments. With the audio guide in hand, you can navigate the island at your leisure, uncovering the stories behind its creation, architectural nuances, and visiting the Statue of Liberty Museum to gain insights into its rich history.
After your time on Liberty Island, you will reboard the ferry and proceed to Ellis Island, a cornerstone of contemporary American heritage. Here, the National Museum of Immigration awaits, showcasing the journeys of countless immigrants who arrived in the United States during the 19th and 20th centuries.
Once you have finished exploring both sites, the ferry will take you back to the original departure point.
