Important information
This confirmation will not give you access to the theatre. In the coming hours, you'll receive an email from Ticketmaster (yourtickets@broadwayinbound.com) to accept the tickets and create a Ticketmaster account. Once you have created your account, you'll have three options to access them:
1. Through your country's Ticketmaster app:
After creating and activating your account, all you have to do is download the Ticketmaster app on your phone and log in with your credentials to view and show your tickets directly at the venue.

2. Through the Ticketmaster U.S. website:
If your phone or app store in your country does not allow you to download the Ticketmaster app (for example, with Apple or Google accounts configured in Italy or other unavailable regions), you can see and manage your tickets by entering directly into the Ticketmaster app from the web browser on your phone.

3. At the theater ticket office:
If you have any trouble accessing or downloading your tickets on your phone, you can print them at the stadium's ticket office, located next to gate 4.
Once you have your ticket (via the app or website), you must show it on the screen of your mobile device at the entrance.
New Yankees Stadium can be found in the Bronx, so you should leave enough time to get there by metro - the stops are (lines 4, B, and D). Station "Yankee Stadium". It takes about 25 minutes from the centre of Manhattan.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes in advance. For some games, latecomers will not be allowed to take their seats until halftime. Seating for latecomers is at the discretion of the theatre management.
