Noja Guided Tour
Description
Experience one of the most charming coastal towns in Cantabria through this guided exploration of Noja. Delve into its stunning beaches and admire the town's exquisite architecture.
Noja Guided Tour
The adventure begins at 11:30 am in Plaza de la Villa, where we will gather to commence our guided exploration of Noja.
Our first destination will be the church of San Pedro, perched at the highest elevation in the area, providing amazing panoramic views of the township. Following this, we will make our way to Trengandín beach, where you can relish the magnificent sight of Mount Brusco alongside the Victoria marshes.
Continuing along our journey, we will take a leisurely stroll by the coastline until we arrive at the dramatic cliffs of Noja. Be sure to take out your cameras, as the vistas of Mount Buciero and Berria beach available from this vantage point are truly spectacular.
Our next highlight will be Ris beach, where we will gain a remarkable perspective of the San Pedruco chapel situated on a small island. As we proceed, we'll come across an intriguing remnant of the civil war: a cannon casemate that was once utilized by the Republican forces.
After this, we will make our way back to our point of origin, passing through captivating locations like the residence of Bishop Assas and the palace belonging to the Marquises of Albaicín.
Our tour will conclude in front of the palace of the Marquises of Velasco at 1:30 pm.
