Elevating to the top of the Abeno Harukas tower is an essential part of your city experience. Upon reaching the 58th floor, you'll explore the 300 Observatory, where 360-degree panoramic vistas await. Are you prepared to take in the spectacular sights of Osaka?
Prior to ascending to a height of 984 feet (300 meters) via the elevator, consider a stroll through the garden located on the 16th floor or visit the Sky Plaza on the 10th floor. Once at the top, you can wander between the 58th, 59th, and 60th floors, soaking in the impressive scenery.
In addition to the views, you can enjoy refreshments at the coffee shop or shop for a keepsake in the souvenir store.
Harukas 300 Observatory Opening Hours
The Harukas 300 Observatory welcomes visitors daily from 9 am to 10 pm. Please note that the final orders at the coffee shop are accepted until 9:30 pm, and entry to the observatory closes one hour before the building shuts.
Be aware that these times may vary and are subject to changes.

Important information
An hour after making your booking, you should receive an email from the local tour provider, Be My Guest, with a PDF voucher attachment. If for any reason you do not receive this email within 72 hours, please contact us. On the day of the activity, you must present a printed or electronic voucher.
You must take this voucher to the ticket offices at the Harukas 300 Observatory, where they will exchange it for an official ticket. You must take your passport, as they may request to see it upon entrance.
Please note that the validity of your ticket appears on the final voucher that you will receive from our provider, Be My Guest.
Harukas 300 Observatory Opening Times
The Harukas 300 Observatory in Osaka opens every day from 9 am to 10 pm. Last orders at the coffee shop are at 9:30 pm and the last admission to the tower is one hour before it closes.
