Operational Details
When securing your ticket, you have the option of purchasing a one-way ticket to travel either from the airport to Osaka or in reverse. Should you choose to depart from Osaka, tickets can be obtained at Namba, Shin-Imamiya, Tengachaya, or Sakai stations.
This ticket is intended exclusively for non-Japanese travelers and cannot be utilized on the date of purchase.
To reserve a seat, it is essential to do so after acquiring your ticket and at least five minutes prior to the train's departure. Be advised that seat reservations are unavailable on Tuesdays from 3:00 to 4:30 am (Japan time) due to maintenance.
For those purchasing multiple tickets (up to a limit of 8), it's imperative that all individuals travel on the same train, on the same date, and at the same time. Separate bookings are required for those who wish to journey independently.
Each ticket's QR code must be presented on a distinct device. For instance, if your booking includes two adult tickets and one child ticket, these QR codes need to be displayed across three separate phones.
