Step 1: São João del-Rei
As you disembark the minibus, you'll find yourself stepping into the 18th century, a pivotal era when São João del-Rei was among the largest cities in Minas Gerais. Begin your journey through its captivating history with a visit to the Tancredo Neves Memorial, which holds a collection dedicated to the life of the former Brazilian president. Admire the baroque and rococo artistry at the São Francisco de Assis church, a splendid architectural landmark.
Before saying goodbye to São João del-Rei, we will unveil the history of Solar dos Neves, a house from the 19th century recognized as a Cultural Heritage site. Afterward, board the famed Maria Fumaça train, a historic steam locomotive, and set off on a picturesque ride to Tiradentes.
Step 2: Tiradentes
Upon reaching Tiradentes, unwind with free time for lunch at a local eatery. Once refreshed, we will embark on a tour of Tiradentes, making our way to the Matriz de Santo Antônio church, the town's most important place of worship. Our journey proceeds to the São José de Botas Fountain, concluding at the delightful Largo das Forras Square.
With your camera filled with cherished moments, we'll return to Ouro Preto via minibus, concluding this enriching 12-hour adventure. You will be dropped off at your hotel, having absorbed the allure and heritage of these extraordinary Brazilian destinations.

Hotel pickup will be between 7 and 8 am. Please be ready at the hotel reception at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.
