Our journey begins at Plaça de l'Olivar, where we will kick off a memorable culinary exploration. Let's embark on this delightful experience!

Once we've gathered, we will enter the Mercado del Olivar, renowned as Palma de Mallorca's largest and most significant market. Situated in the historical heart of the city, this vibrant market features an array of stalls brimming with fresh ingredients, presenting both traditional and innovative elements of Spanish cuisine.

As we wander through the market, we will introduce you to seasonal produce while sharing insights into Mallorcan gastronomy. Strolling among the stalls, we will carefully select the items needed for our cooking class.

The next stop will be our workshop space, where we will craft a refreshing sangria accompanied by some classic tapas.

Once the drinks are ready, we will proceed to prepare a seafood paella. Following a comprehensive step-by-step guide, we will teach you essential techniques and tips for creating this iconic Spanish dish, equipping you to impress your friends and family at home!

At the end of our adventure, we will gather to savor the freshly prepared paella together. Following this culinary journey, we'll bid farewell as our activity concludes 3.5 hours later.
