Your adventure begins with a pickup at your hotel in Panama City at 8 am. A comfortable bus will transport you to Portobelo, where we will explore two formidable *fortresses on Panama’s Caribbean coastline. These fortifications have held the status of a World Heritage Site since 1980.

Throughout this excursion, we will delve into the rich histories of the San Lorenzo and San Jeronimo forts, which were constructed by the Spanish in the 17th and 18th centuries. Before we step inside, we will share insights about Panama's significance as a strategic location in the Americas. The narratives are truly intriguing.

Our first stop will be the San Lorenzo fort, a pivotal Spanish military installation on the Caribbean coast. As we navigate through the remnants, you will gain insight into the various pirate assaults that these robust walls once defended against.
