Join us at Plaza Bolivar at 09:00 am to begin our journey into the city's mystique, where we will unravel stories steeped in the history of pirates, hidden riches, and ancient cultures.
We’ll kick off our adventure with an overview of Panama City, exploring the meaning behind its name and the reasons for its establishment. Are you ready to discover this fascinating history?
The first stop on our path will be Plaza Bolivar, located in front of the Convent of San Francisco de Asis. Here, we will narrate the significant impact of Simón Bolívar on Panama’s history. Our journey will continue toward the Arco Chato, where we’ll explore its historical significance and the romantic tales that it has concealed over the centuries.
Next, we’ll stand before the church of the Altar de Oro, sharing captivating pirate tales that have echoed through time. We’ll proceed to Plaza Mayor, directly facing the Cathedral of Panama, where you will discover one of the city’s most exquisite altars and its best-kept secret.
The tour culminates at the Plaza de Francia, known as the Baluarte de Chiriquí, where we will delve into the compelling history of the Panama Canal, the heart of the nation.
After approximately three hours of exploration, the Panama City tour will conclude nearby the square.
