The day will commence with a pickup at your lodging in Pedernales at the specified time. From there, we will embark on our journey to the Jaragua National Park, home to Bahía de las Águilas. Get ready for an exhilarating experience!
As we travel along the coast through Cabo Rojo, be prepared to admire the picturesque landscapes of this southern region of the Dominican Republic. Our first stop will be at Cueva de Las Águilas, where we can take a moment to relax and appreciate the beautiful vistas.
Our route offers a captivating scenic drive through diverse ecosystems. Upon reaching our destination, we'll hop on a boat for a ride along the cliffs leading to Bahía de las Águilas. Following this, you will have some leisure time to soak in the beauty of this natural haven characterized by white sand, crystal-clear waters, and rich marine life.
After this delightful exploration, you can savor a traditional lunch featuring fried chicken or fish, tostones, rice with pigeon peas, and a fresh salad. Once re-energized, we will head to the viewpoint of Bahía de las Águilas. Here, the breathtaking sunset view will surely inspire you to capture the moment with your camera!
After an enriching day lasting between 5 to 7 hours at Bahía de las Águilas, we will return to your hotel in Pedernales.
