Trip Overview
The adventure begins with a pick-up at your hotel in Pedernales. From there, we will set off towards the Jaragua National Park, home to the breathtaking Bahía de las Águilas. Get ready for an exciting exploration!
Progressing slowly along the coast, we'll pass through Cabo Rojo, taking the time to appreciate the remarkable scenery that characterizes this southern region of the Dominican Republic. Our first stop will be at the Cueva de Las Águilas, where you can relax and take in the beautiful views around you.
Our journey will lead us along a picturesque route that traverses diverse ecosystems. Upon arrival, we’ll hop on a boat ride through the cliffs to reach the enchanting Bahía de las Águilas.
You’ll then have ample free time to soak in the beauty of this natural oasis, featuring soft white sands and transparent waters, along with thriving marine life.
Post-relaxation, we will savor a delicious traditional meal that may consist of fried chicken or fish, tostones, rice with beans, and a refreshing salad.
After recharging your energy, we’ll head to the viewpoint at Bahía de las Águilas, where you can enjoy an incredible vista of the captivating sunset over this stunning locale. Don’t forget to capture the moment with your camera!
Approximately 5 to 7 hours later, after enjoying an unforgettable day at Bahía de las Águilas, we will return you to your hotel in Pedernales.

When booking, you can select from the following alternatives:
- Day trip without pickup: in this case, you will go straight to the Rancho Típico Bahía de Las Águilas.
- Day trip with pickup: choose this option for us to pick you up from your accommodation in Pedernales.

- Day trip without pickup: if you selected the option without hotel pickup, at 10 am, you'll need to head directly to the Rancho Típico Bahía de Las Águilas (https://maps.app.goo.gl/CVkGYUKNNoxzd2Wy9)
- Day trip with pickup: if you chose this option, we'll pick you up at the hotel in Pedernales that you indicated during the booking process
