Operating Hours
During your booking, you’ll have the option to select whether you wish to experience the contrast circuit in the morning or afternoon. Please choose a time slot, and we will confirm the specific time within that selected period once your reservation is processed. Morning slots run from 10 am to 2 pm, while afternoon slots are available from 4 pm to 8 pm.

Important information
You'll have to present this voucher at the reception of the spa of the Hotel Castilla Termal de Valbuena de Duero, located at C. Murallas, S/N, 47359 San Bernardo, Valladolid. You must be present at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the activity.
Guidelines
- It's necessary to fill out a brief medical questionnaire provided prior to the treatment.
- Access is only allowed in bathing clothes and footwear.
- The use of a bathing cap is mandatory. It can be purchased at the hotel.
- The hotel has changing rooms and lockers for non-guests.
- You can not jump into the pool or dive head first.
- Respect other pool users and keep a calm atmosphere in the pool.
- For everyone's sake, safety and hygiene measures must be strictly observed.
Important Info
A deposit of 40EUR per person will be required at the time of booking for the loan of a bathrobe and towel. This amount will be charged to your card if the bathrobe and towel are not returned at the end of your stay. Guests are not permitted to use towels or bathrobes from outside the hotel.
