At the scheduled time, we will assemble at the entrance of the Cal Monda Winery to commence a tour of its facilities. Discover the essence of Prosecco in a truly exceptional setting!

During our exploration, we will have the opportunity to walk through the vineyards that lie in the picturesque Veneto region. Here, vines thrive alongside wild herbs, fruit trees, bees, and insects, creating a remarkable ecosystem that embodies a harmonious relationship between tradition and environmental stewardship.

After concluding the outdoor segment of the winery, we will venture inside for an enlightening session on the Prosecco region of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG (Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin). We will delve into the cultivation practices that ensure the high standards of these wines, uncovering the history behind each delightful bubble!

To conclude our visit, we will partake in a tasting where you will sample some of the finest Prosecco produced at the Cal Monda Winery.

• Tour with Prosecco Tasting + Standard Aperitif: After exploring the winery and gaining insights into the winemaking journey, you will savor 4 types of DOCG Prosecco. This option also provides a platter of cured and fresh cheeses, cold cuts, pickled vegetables, and sweet-and-sour radicchio from Treviso, all served with breadsticks, and concluding with a biscuit.
• Tour with Prosecco Tasting + Premium Aperitif: Following the winery tour, enjoy a tasting of 4 types of Prosecco along with all the offerings from the previous selection. Additionally, this option includes a taste of Cal Monda's own honey, complemented by water, coffee brewed in a moka pot, and artisanal grappa.
