The partial eclipse phase will commence at approximately 7:30 pm. The total eclipse, the highlight of the event, will occur around 8:30 pm. Welcome to the Ebro Delta Nature Reserve! We will commence our journey at the SEO BirdLife hut and then venture into the core of the reserve.

Initially, we will approach a lagoon and explore the Riet Vell rice farm. As the light dims, we’ll proceed to an observatory where we can photograph indigenous birds and observe how their behavior shifts with the changing light conditions.

Following this, we will retrace our steps to the meeting point. Here, you’ll board your vehicle, and in a convoy led by the guide, we will travel to the Tancada Lagoon, a breathtaking location within the Ebro Delta! This stop allows us to view flamingos in their serene habitat.

After capturing captivating photographs, we’ll head to a prime location for eclipse viewing. Equipped with certified protective eyewear, we will prepare for the remarkable moment of witnessing the total solar eclipse.

Watch as the light in the Ebro Delta transforms. If conditions permit, we will also have the chance to observe how flamingos and various birds respond to this celestial event. Such moments are rare!
