Picture a waterfall cascading from the skies, a phrase locals affectionately use to describe the Avocat Waterfalls. This enchanting waterfall emerges from golden rocks, surrounded by rich greenery—a breathtaking sight!
At the appointed time, our team will pick you up from your selected hotel, setting off towards Avocat. The journey spans approximately 47 kilometers (29 miles) through mesmerizing jungle landscapes, ensuring that the scenery enhances your travel experience.
Upon arrival, we'll commence our hike along a trail that follows the river's path. Get ready to explore! The route takes you through an exotic jungle, where the upper canopy is adorned with beautiful white and green lilies.
As we approach the waterfall, the sound of rushing water and the cool mist in the air signal our arrival. Upon reaching the Avocat Waterfalls, you can enjoy a refreshing swim and take the opportunity to stand behind the shimmering curtain of water.
After relishing this tropical gem, we'll head back towards Port of Spain with a stop at Maracas Beach along the way. Experience the vibrant Caribbean atmosphere, complete with palm trees, sparkling turquoise waters, and soft sandy shorelines.
Following a relaxing break on the beach, we will conclude our 8-hour journey and return you to Port of Spain.
