Your journey begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Portimão at the designated time. Once onboard the comfortable jeeps, you will set off for a day of discovery across the Algarve's diverse landscapes. You'll navigate through mudflats and dirt tracks as you explore the captivating Portuguese coastline.

During the excursion, various charming Portuguese villages will be on your itinerary, allowing you to experience traditional customs and the slower pace of life.

A stop will be made in one such village to indulge in local brandy and honey, renowned products from the area boasting a variety of flavors! You will also have the chance to learn about their production processes, culminating in a rewarding visit to one of the Algarve's highest points. Here, you’ll be treated to breathtaking coastal views and the impressive geological formations - make sure to have your cameras ready!

After an exhilarating four hours exploring the Algarve, you will be returned to your hotel in Portimão.

Full-Day Jeep Safari

For those wishing to delve deeper into the Algarve, an extended full-day jeep safari lasting approximately 7 hours is available. This tour follows a similar path, traversing hills and valleys to reach the more remote locations of the region.

During this full-day experience, breakfast and lunch will be provided at a local restaurant, along with tastings of honey or compote. Additionally, you will visit the well-known Medronho distillery, celebrated for its traditional liquors.

• Half-Day Jeep Safari: Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 9 am.
• Full-Day Jeep Safari: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 9 am.

Pickup

This experience includes pickup from hotels in Portimão. If your accommodation is located in the Lagos area, an extra fee of 15 EUR will apply for pickup.
