Prepare yourself for an adventure in southern Portugal! At the designated time, we will embark on our catamaran journey along the Algarve coastline, departing from Portimão Marina.

As you board, you will be greeted with a welcome drink, giving you the option to select from beer, wine, or sangria. Following this warm introduction, we’ll sail towards the Benagil Caves. Expect to be amazed by the golden beaches, stunning sea caves, and majestic cliffs that make this region a visual feast.

During the initial phase of our excursion, we will pass iconic Algarve landmarks such as Praia dos Caneiros, Carvoeiro, and Alfanzina, where the rugged cliffs dramatically meet the vibrant blues of the Atlantic Ocean.

As we proceed, we will approach the famous Benagil Caves. These limestone formations are celebrated for their unique skylights that allow natural light to pour in, reminiscent of temple windows.

After soaking in the breathtaking vistas of Benagil, we will anchor at a nearby beach, granting you about 45 minutes of leisure time for a refreshing swim in the ocean. Subsequently, a scrumptious brunch blending the best elements of breakfast and lunch will be served on board.

Once you have reenergized, we’ll unwind on the deck of the catamaran and commence our return to the marina, concluding this captivating 4-hour boat tour of the Algarve.

What's on the Menu?

The onboard brunch features a buffet followed by a main course selection.

Buffet

For starters, you will indulge in a buffet featuring:

• Carrots prepared Algarve-style, marinated in garlic, olive oil, lemon, and parsley
• Olives seasoned with garlic, lemon, and oregano
• Mini codfish cakes
• Piri-Piri chicken skewers made with free-range chicken and a homemade chili marinade
• Algarve gazpacho, crafted with tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, oregano, and olive oil
• Tuna spread complemented by pickled red onion and chives
• Homemade toasts drizzled with olive oil
• Caprese salad with Algarve-style elements including cherry tomatoes, fresh goat cheese from Alentejo, olive oil, and basil
• Horse mackerel fillets prepared Algarve-style, poached with pickled onions and a parsley-garlic gremolata, dressed in olive oil and lemon
• Carob sponge cake infused with orange zest.

Main Course

After the buffet, you may select one of the following main dishes:

• Sardine tart featuring lemon cream cheese, roasted peppers, thyme, and olive bread toasts
• Mediterranean green wrap filled with free-range chicken strips, avocado, romaine lettuce, lemon cream cheese, and fresh herbs
• Mountain-style skewer made with cured ham from Monchique, fresh goat cheese from Alentejo, and dried figs
• Salad Mediterranean-style with chickpeas, tomato, cucumber, pickled red onion, cilantro, and a lemon-olive oil vinaigrette
• A vegan almond panna cotta with pomegranate and carob crumble.
