- For arrivals, allow for a potential wait of up to 1.5 hours from your flight's landing to the departure of the shuttle.
- For departures, the pickup is typically arranged for 5 to 6 hours prior to your flight departure time.

Important information
At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up at your accommodation in Gramado or at the arrivals terminal of the Porto Alegre airport, depending on which you have booked.
Transportation from Porto Alegre Airport to Gramado
If you chosen have this option, please note that when you arrive at the airport terminal you'll have to find the local tour company representative from Brocker Turismo, who will be wearing a uniform with their logo so that you'll be able to recognize them.

There may be a maximum wait of 1.5 hours between the arrival of your flight and the departure of the bus.
For departures, pickup is usually scheduled 5 to 6 hours before your flight time.
